• Bus and coach registrations rose 48.6% in January to 715, the most successful start to a year since 2008.
• Growth was driven by a 90.4% rise in purpose-built buses, following the fulfilment of several large orders.
• The converted bus market also saw significant growth, with a 42.6% increase in the month.

“January’s increase in bus and coach registrations is good news for the sector, however, given the variable nature of demand in this market, one month of growth, while encouraging, should be viewed cautiously,” said Mike Hawes, 91���� Chief Executive.
