Ministerial address bolsters confidence for an export-led recovery
5 Jul 2011Mark Prisk MP, Minister for Business and Enterprise, made a keynote speech today at 91³ÉÈË’s parliamentary reception in Westminster that identified overseas investment and UK manufacturing as key drivers behind the UK’s economic recovery.
In his address to over 100 delegates from across industry, Mark Prisk, detailed government plans to support entrepreneurial growth through decreased regulatory burden and a more supportive fiscal framework for UK businesses.


In May, 91³ÉÈË submitted its trade position paper, outlining recommendations to government that support UK manufacturing as part of an export-led trade strategy.
