• 2,868 big buses in the rolling year to January 2007 give a stable performance
• 1,072 coaches for the rolling year, close to the four year annual average
• 4,689 minibuses for the rolling year, 31% down on the same period in the last two years.

‘2007 started on a stable note for the big bus and coach markets.’ said Christopher Macgowan, 91³ÉÈË chief executive. ‘Registration growth slowed recently and we expect softer yet stable annual trends into 2007. Some key months lie ahead as year-on-year registration growth was very strong for coaches in April 2006 and for March to September for big buses. Since June 2006 minibuses have resumed their 15% a year decline.’
